FUNERATUS - ACCEPT THE DEATH

Depois de catorze anos, a Funeratus retorno com um novo álbum chamado "Accept the Death", lançado em 2018. Bom, logo de cara, a capa feito por Alcides Burn já chama a atenção, um trabalho rico em cores e detalhes. Quanto ao som feito em "Accept the Death", a Funeratus continua a mesma pegada dos registros anteriores, ou seja, tocando o velho death metal, porém tem algumas inovações como nas faixas "Asphalt Eaters" (faixa rápida com pique hardcore/punk e death metal) e "Follow the Track" (influência thrash metal e com boas linhas de baixo). Em termos de produção, mixagem e remasterização, "Accept the Death" pode ser considerado o melhor registro da Funeratus neste quesito e o grande responsável por isso é Andy Classen que já trabalhou com bandas como Asphyx, Grave Desecrator, Krisiun, Legion of the Damned e muitas outras. Um bom disco que é indicado para amantes de Krisiun e Morbid Angel. 

After fourteen years, Funeratus returns with a new album called "Accept the Death", released in 2018. First, the cover art made by Alcides Burn already attracts attention, a work rich in color and detail. As for the sound in "Accept the Death", Funeratus continues the same characteristics of the previous records, that is, they play old death metal, however it has some innovations, like in the tracks "Asphalt Eaters" (fast track - a mix of hardcore/punk with death metal) and "Follow the Track" (thrash metal influences with a good bass line). In terms of production, mixing and remastering, "Accept the Death" can be considered the best record of Funeratus in this respect and the main person responsible for this is Andy Classen who has worked with bands such as Asphyx, Grave Desecrator, Krisiun, Legion of the Damned and many others. A good record that is suitable for fans of Krisiun and Morbid Angel.
