FATUM - EDGE OF THE WILD

Em 2016, eu tinha dito que "Life Dungeons" era o melhor álbum da Fatum até aquele momento (leia a resenha aqui), mas "Edge Of The Wild" superou e está melhor que o álbum anterior. É inegável que "Edge Pf The Wild" soa mais metálico que os registros anteriores e que a Venom é uma grande inspiração para isso, além é claro das velhas bandas crust que são as influências mor da Fatum. Ah sim, as guitarras são tão poderosoas e pesadas que elas se destacam durante todo o álbum, obviamente que a bateria (bons pedais duplos sincronizados) e o baixo seguem na mesma linha com um vocal furioso e rouco, na qual a boa produção deste registro deixou isso muito bem nítido. Destaque para as faixas "Edge Of The Wild" (o melhor som), "Death Holder", "Life Lost" e "Wild Hunt". A arte de capa também se destaca por ser tão foda, mas não sei quem fez. Enfim, esse álbum é muito bom e é um dos melhores registro de 2018. 

In 2016, I had said that "Life Dungeons" was Fatum's best album until that time (read the review here), but "Edge Of The Wild" outperformed and is better than the previous album. It is undeniable that "Edge Of The Wild" sounds more metallic than previous records and that Venom is a great inspiration for this, and of course, the old crust bands that are the main influences of Fatum. Oh yes, the guitars are so powerful and heavy that they stand out throughout the album, obviously the drums (good synchronized double pedals) and the bass follow the same line with furious and hoarse vocals, in which the good production of this record made this very perceptible to the listener. Highlight for the tracks "Edge Of The Wild" (the best song), "Death Holder", "Life Lost" and "Wild Hunt". The cover art also stands out because it is so amazing, but I don't know who did it. Anyway, this album is very good and is one of the best record of 2018.
