KILLING JOKE - PYLON
I may even be exaggerating but "Pylon" is one of the best albums made by Killing Joke. "Pylon" follows the same road started in 2003 with launch of the self-titled album. Apocalyptic industrial metal and contagious is what you will hear on this album, as well as influences and punk vibrations. I highlight the following tracks "Euphoria", "War On Freedom", "Big Buzz", "I Am Virus" and "Into The Unknown". Regarding the cover art automatically I associated the sun to the Aztec calendar (Sun Stone), but pylon is associated with ancient Egypt and is an image of two hills between which the sun rose every day (I admit I did not know what it means pylon and research to learn more about it). Coincidence? Perhaps. This is particularly suitable for admirers of Amebix and Fear Factory. Very good!
