SATYRICON - DEEP CALLETH UPON DEEP

"Deep Calleth Upon Deep" é o álbum que sucede "Satyricon", álbum lançado em 2013 que não chamou tanta atenção assim e que é pra mim o registro mais fraco da Satyricon. Pois então, "Deep Calleth Upon Deep" foi lançado em 2017 e é a continuação de "Satyricon", já que contém experimentalismo (melhor palavra pra definir) envolvido com black metal, porém é um álbum melhor que o anterior já mencionado. "Deep Calleth Upon Deep" não é um álbum porrada como os discos antigos, mas tem os seus momentos como nas faixas "Midnight Serpents", "To Your Brethren In The Dark", "Black Wings And Withering Gloom" e "Burial Rite". A capa gerou bastante discussões e comparações entre os brasileiros no Facebook, visto que essa arte chamada "Dødskyss" (O Beijo da Morte) feita por Edvard Munch em 1899 tem uma certa similaridade com "Rotting", EP lançado pela Sarcófago em 1989 e que foi feita por Kelson Frost. 

"Deep Calleth Upon Deep" is the album that comes after "Satyricon", this album was released in 2013, that did not call so much attention and that in my opinion is the weakest album of Satyricon. So, "Deep Calleth Upon Deep" was released in 2017 and this is a continuation of ''Satyricon", since it contains experimentalism (better word to define it) involved black metal, but this album is better than the previous one. "Deep Calleth Upon Deep" it's not an aggressive album like the old albums, but it has its moments like in the tracks "Midnight Serpents", "To Your Brethren In The Dark", "Black Wings And Withering Gloom" and "Burial Rite". The cover generated a lot of discussion and comparisons among Brazilians on Facebook, since this art called "Dødskyss" (The Kiss of Death) made by Edvard Munch in 1899 has a similarity with "Rotting", EP released by Sarcófago in 1989 and that was made by Kelson Frost.
