"Liberty Crawls to the Sanctuary of Slaves" é composto por quatro excelentes faixas, nas quais contém letras muito bem construídas. A Deviated Instinct toca stenchcore/crust, mas o som feito neste registro irá agradar também quem curte death metal e doom metal (os riffs, o ritmo e a atmosfera das músicas), criando assim novos adeptos. "Liberty Crawls..." foi gravado e mixado por Bri Doom (Studio 1In12). Capa por Mid. Pesado e essencialmente crust! Muito bom!
