Composto por quatro faixas, "Anti Life" é um álbum muito pesado, tanto musicalmente (ritmo lento e agonizante) quanto liricamente (as letras abordam temas como a vida miserável em uma cadeia, instinto assassino, drogas, alucinações, solidão, loucura e pensamentos suicidas), tendo como destaque as músicas "AL" e "TF". Com essa perspectiva negativa e sem esperança, a Cult of Occult criou um dos melhores e mais pesados álbuns de 2018. Muito bom!

Composed of four tracks, "Anti Life" is a very heavy album, both musically (slow and agonizing rhythm) and lyrically (the themes of the lyrics are about the miserable life in a jail, murderous instincts, drugs, hallucinations, solitude, madness and suicidal thoughts) highlighting songs like "AL" and "TF".
