SIEGE OF HATE - ANIMALISM

A primeira vez que eu escutei a Siege of Hate foi em 2000 numa coletânea com o nome de "HC Scene #3", na qual tinha uma porrada de bandas. E nesta mesma época o George Frizzo (baixista da S.O.H.) escreveu matérias para a extinta revista Planet Metal falando de grindcore e da cena de Fortaleza, com isso acabei sendo mais influenciado. Passado 13 anos desde a primeira audição, a Siege of Hate lançou em 2013 "Animalism", álbum que condiz muito bem com o título, pois está animal pra caralho e pra mim o melhor disco feito por eles. 14 faixas extremas, onde grindcore e death metal se fazem presentes com doses de hardcore. Sem dúvida alguma é um dos melhores registro desse ano. Fortaleza está com 66°C do inverno com esses lançamentos extremos da Siege of Hate e Facada.


The first time I heard the Siege of Hate was a compilation in 2000 under the name "HC Scene #3", which had many bands. And this same time George Frizzo (bassist S.O.H) wrote for the defunct brazilian magazine called Planet Metal and he talked about grindcore and Fortaleza scene and with that I ended up being more influenced. Past 13 years since the first hearing, the Siege of Hate released in 2013 "Animalism" album, which agrees very well with the title, because it is extremely animalistic and for me the best album made by them. 14 extreme tracks where grindcore and death metal are present with hardcore influences. Undoubtedly one of the best record last year. Fortaleza's temperature is 66°C in the winter with these extreme releases of bands Siege of Hate and Facada.
