PMMA - SEROTONIN SYNDROME

Quando eu escrevi a primeira resenha da PMMA eu disse que eles eram influenciados por Misfits, Damned e Rudimentary Peni. Pois bem, de fato essas influências permanecem no som da banda, porém neste álbum as músicas estão mais tóxicas e com uma vibração mais das trevas, definindo assim uma característica própria. Músicas como "Serotonin Syndrome" e "Pill Poppin" são bons exemplos dessa dinâmica. "Serotonin Syndrome" é um álbum bom, que te faz voltar no tempo em alguns momentos, mais precisamente nos anos 80, entretanto com a loucura psicodélica atual. Com relação à loucura e psicodelia, tanto o nome da banda como o título do álbum estão relacionado ao consumo de drogas. Dessa forma, escute agora "Serotonin Syndrome" e seja mais um viciado. Yeah!!!

When I wrote the first review of PMMA I said they were influenced by Misfits, Damned and Rudimentary Peni. Well, actually these influences remain in the sound of the band, but this album the songs are more toxic and with a dark vibration, thus defining their own characteristics. Songs like "Serotonin Syndrome" and "Pill Poppin" are good examples of this dynamic. "Serotonin Syndrome" is a good album that makes you go back in time at times, more precisely in the 80s, but with the current psychedelic madness. Regarding the madness and psychedelia, the band's name as the album title are related to drug use. Thus, listen now "Serotonin Syndrome" and becomes an addict. Yeah!!!
