PHURPA - TROWO PHURNAG CEREMONY - SACRED TIBETAN MUSIC OF THE BON TRADITION

Quando você escutar a música feita pela Phurpa provavelmente você irá estranhar ou ficar surpreso (digo isso para quem não conhece). Pois bem, a Phurpa é música de ritual tradicional, em outras palavras, música tibetana sagrada da tradição Bon, apesar da banda ser russa. A música é experimental e tribal (tambores, vários pratos e chimbais, chifres e conchas são alguns dos instrumentos) e isso é algo já feito a muitos atrás pelos habitantes dessa região da Ásia. Se você já assistiu os documentários "Baraka" e "Samsara", certamente você irá se familiarizar e gostar desse trabalho musical. Uma pessoa que não posso deixar de mencionar é Attila Csihar, pois ele é bastante influenciado pela "rgyud-skad" (voz tântrica) e esse recurso vocal é a maior característica da Phurpa. Realmente esse álbum é muito interessante, embora pode ser cansativo para algumas pessoas (este não é o meu caso). 

When you listen to music made by Phurpa, you will probably be shocked or surprised (I say this to those who have never heard the band). Well, Phurpa is traditional ritual music, in other words, Sacred Tibetan Music of the Bon Tradition, although the band is Russian. The music is experimental and tribal (drums, several rolmo cymbals, horns and shells are some of the instruments) and this is something already done many, many years by the inhabitants of this region of Asia. If you ever watched the documentary "Baraka" and "Samsara", surely you will get acquainted and enjoy this musical work. No doubt a person that I must mention is Attila Csihar, because he is very influenced by "rgyud-skad" (Tantric voice) and this vocal resource is the greatest feature of Phurpa. Actually this album is very interesting, although it can be tiring for some people (this is not my case).
