Na faixa "Hierarchies" tem a participação especial de John "Bilbo" Cooke nas guitarras (neste momento ele também está se apresentando com a banda ao vivo). A arte de capa agressiva e que está totalmente de acordo com o título do álbum foi feita por Frode Sylthe.
