TAU CROSS - TAU CROSS
Tau is a very but very ancient symbol and that even primitive man drew it in caves in various parts of the world. Regarding this, the band's name makes sense because the songs/lyrics are connected in some way to this ancient symbol, which the tribal man had full contact with the earth and nature, and of course to contrast with the modernity of chaos. This album is indeed a continuation of the last album released by Amebix called "Sonic Mass", something very natural in my opinion. Yeah, you can hear and feel some resemblance to Killing Joke, Motörhead and even Sepultura. So what? These are only influences and inspirations. Regardless, "Tau Cross" is a spectacular album from start to finish, that is, the kind of music which you listen several times, because it really is very good. Of course, in addition to Rob "The Baron" Miller (vocals / bass) the others responsible for this record are Michel "Away" Langevin (drums - Voivod), John Greenslit (guitars - Misery) and Andy Lefton (guitars - War//Plague). With all these guys involved the result is one of the best albums made in 2015. This is simply mystic!

DÖDLÄGE - DÖDLÄGE 7"
Damn, this band is great! Dödläge is a band that is rowing against the current, because the noise is d-beat/crustcore at its most brutal. They are influenced by Extreme Noise Terror, Doom, Disgust (English) and the old Disfear. I really like this and for me this band is one of the 2015 revelations. Very good!

MIOMA - EP
Some of my buddies play in this band called Mioma. Well, this is the first record of them and production is simple and raw, because it was all recorded, mixed and mastered in a home studio. The music that this band plays is a mixture of thrash metal (90s) with groove, something very common in the early 2000s. I am not connected in this scenario, but if you really into bands like, Lamb of God, Hatebreed and among others, you will certainly like them.

WEEDEATER - GOLIATHAN
You have probably heard about the story of David and Goliath and all the biblical shit bla bla bla. Well, that's not the case here, despite the album title. "Goliathan" is the new album made by Weedeater and is good work but nothing amazing. Slow and heavy music with a large dose of marijuana and other additives. Anyway, Weedeater is a more interesting band that other bands of the new sludge trend that arise every day.

Someone sent me this band to listen to a few months ago. Anyway, Xatatax is a sludgecore/doom/thrash/death metal band. Yeah! The music made by them have all these combinations. The band came to an inevitable split-up.

PARADISE LOST - THE PLAGUE WITHIN
Before listening to this album, I was not listening to Paradise Lost for many years. Well, I listened to "Draconian Times" in 2000 at a friend's house and the music made by them sounded like Metallica ("Load" and "ReLoad"). Regarding "The Plague Within" I read many positive comments on Facebook and it caught my attention. Conclusion: I heard and liked it! This album is very different from what was done in "Draconian Times", for example. "The Plague Within" is a doom metal/death metal album, ie a return to origins. The cover art was done by Zbigniew Bielak (great work) and that image reminded me of the story of Edward Mordake. So cool!

KULD - DENIAL OF NAZARENE
KULD is a new project involving Victor Whipstriker (Whipstriker, Atomic Roar, Farscape and Diabolic Force) and Adelson Angeldust (Bode Preto and Diabolic Force). The first blasphemy is called "Denial of Nazarene" and contains four tracks of pure profanation. No stupid melodies, just raw black metal.

KILL THE SCUM - SLAUGHTERED LAND
Kill The Scum is a power duo from Serbia and the members of the band are Danilo (vocals/bass) and Milos (drums). With respect to this first information it is impossible not to remember the Croatian band called Nulla Osta (I say this because both bands don't use guitars). But the Kill The Scum slays the music playing the old grindcore (ok, they are also influenced by hardcore bands). "Slaughtered Land" is the first album released by the band with ten tracks available on bandcamp. Fuck the guitars!

CORRECTIONS HOUSE - KNOW HOW TO CARRY A WHIP
"Last City Zero" was released in 2013 and I really like that album. "Know How To Carry The Whip" was released in 2015 and I also really like that album. That is, my opinion of Corrections House remains the same, because the music they create is something simply chaotic and sickly (yes, this is a compliment). With this idea in my mind, I can say with confidence that "Know How To Carry The Whip" is a very interesting album. Especially when listening to the tracks "White Man's Gonna Lose", "Visions Divide" and "Burn the Witness". In short, Corrections House is the musical Dadaism.

TOTAL SILENCE - MASS DEATH AND SORROW
Total Silence is a one-man-band from Duque de Caxias and the responsible for this is Guile. What you will hear here is d-beat/raw punk from hell. "Mass Death And Sorrow" consists of thirteen tracks, where the reality of war and the future of humanity are the themes written by Guile. Impossible not to mention the great influence of Besthöven (Discharge too, obvious). Favorite tracks: "Raining (Missiles Again)", "Another Night In Hell" and "Our Future Extinct". Analyzing the title of the mini album with cover art... We waited for an grim future where the air is contaminated with a chemical agent and everyone is happy to see the rainbow. Faced with this apocalyptic prospect, Total Fucking Destruction destroys your ear with eight tracks available on bandcamp. Noise and madness are what define this record.

EXTREME NOISE TERROR - EXTREME NOISE TERROR
Dean Jones and gang is back. I'm suspect to talk, because I really like this band and "Extreme Noise Terror" is a spectacular album. ALL tracks are great and it is impossible to say which is best song on this album, because of the impact suffered by the ear (great sensation). But it is impossible for me not to talk about "I Like Coca (Outo "I Like Cola")" Outo cover song, which may remind one multinational company, also reminded me about sniffing cocaine and glue (stoned as fuck! - 'cola' means 'glue' in Portuguese). Regarding the gang, the other members are veterans, as Ollie Jones (guitar - Desecration) and Michael Hourihan (drums - Desecration), plus new members: Andi Morris (bass - Desecration) and Ben McCrow (vocals - ex Gorerotted, The Rotted). Extreme Noise Terror and Desecration will be on tour in Brazil in March 2016 with shows in just a few states. To conclude, I repeat: this album is spectacular! Caution: this is extremely addictive!

NUCLEAR ASSAULT - POUNDER [EP]
For a long time I did not listen to Nuclear Assault, but when they released the new EP, I went back to listen to them. "Powder" contains four tracks and is basically the old thrash metal full of rage. Yes, I like this record.
