Eu só tinha escutado apenas um ou dois sons no ano passado desse novo álbum da Coffins e hoje escutei tudo. Disco massa! Com nove faixas, "The Fleshland" é um puta álbum, com bases e riffs bem pesados, cozinha matadora, onde a veia dos sons é mais death metal do que doom. Foda!

PS: Eu escrevi isso em 2014. 

I heard one or two songs last year of this new album made by Coffins today and heard everything. Great album! With nine tracks, "The Fleshland" is an excellent album, with chaotic rhythm and heavy guitar riffs, drums and bass killers, where the atmosphere of the songs are more death metal than doom. Badass!

LAST LEGION ALIVE / CANCER SPREADING - BURNING €UTOPIA

Esperei um bom tempo pra poder escutar esse split e valeu a pena. A primeira banda a se apresentar são os belgas da Last Legion Alive. Com uma intro bem marcante, os caras dão início ao caos que permanecerá constante durante os seus 3 sons longos, pesados e sombrios e com grande influência de Hellshock. Vale lembrar que a Last Legion Alive encerrou as suas atividades e esse split é o seu último registro. Agora é a vez dos italianos da Cancer Spreading, banda que pra mim é uma das mais fodas da atualidade e os sons desses split estão aí pra provar as minhas palavras. Com 5 faixas, os caras quebram tudo pela frente, onde todos os sons são fortes e pesados, fazendo a cabeça sair do pescoço, sendo "Mo(u)rning Again" é um dos maiores destaques. A capa que está foda pra caralho, é mais um trabalho brilhante de Stiv (Visions of War). "Burning €utopia" é mais um lançamento massa de 2013.

I waited a long time to be able to listen to this split and it was worth it. The first band to perform are the belgian band Last Legion Alive. With a very striking intro, the guys start with chaos that remains constant over the 3 long, heavy and dark music and was heavily influenced by Hellshock. Remember that the Last Legion Alive ended their activities and this split album is their last record. Now it is the turn of the italian Cancer Spreading, one of the best bands nowadays and the songs of these split album are here to prove my words. With 5 tracks, the guys break down everything ahead, where all sounds are strong and heavy, making our heads flip out of our necks, and "Mo(u)rning Again" is one of the biggest highlights. The cover art that was amazing, it's a brilliant job of Stiv (Visions of War). "Burning €utopia" is another great release of 2013.

KRANG - FINAL BELL [EP]

A Krang finaliza a sua carreira com este registro chamado "Final Bell", na qual também vai ser lançado em LP pela Profane Existence (split com a No Tomorrow). Desde 2009 a Krang lançou diversos registros (quatro Ep's e dois full-length) e eles tiveram grande aceitação do público crust punk ao redor do mundo. A banda deixou o seu legado com boas músicas que agora estão eternizadas. Pra finalizar, Sean Fitzgerald foi o autor da arte de capa. Krang, muito obrigado! 

Krang finished his career with this record called "Final Bell", which will also be released on LP by Profane Existence (split with No Tomorrow). Since 2009 Krang released several records (four EPs and two full-length) and the band had great acceptance of crust punk audiences around the world. The band left his legacy with good songs that are now immortalized. To conclude, Sean Fitzgerald is the author of the cover art. Krang, thank you!

Eita porra! "Retreat To Nowhere" é o primeiro full-length da Outset e está simplesmente furioso. Ao contrário dos registros anteriores, "Retreat To Nowhere" soa mais death metal do que grindcore (na verdade os dois gêneros estão inseridos neste álbum). E daí? Não tem problema algum em relação a isso, pois todas as dez faixas que compõem este lançamento são bem agressivas e destruidoras. Isso sim que é importante! Outset é indicado para todos os admiradores de música extrema e principalmente para quem pira em Napalm Death, Terrorizer e Lock Up. Capa por Luzdeth Lott. Fodido! Formação que gravou o disco: Luzdeth Lott (vocal - Expose Your Hate), Flávio França (guitarra - Expose Your Hate e Son of a Witch), Pedro Henrique (guitarra - ex Expose Your Hate), Patrick Schafstein (baixo - Son of a Witch e Abducted) e Marcelo Costa (bateria - Expose Your Hate). 


Hell yeah! "Retreat To Nowhere" is the first full-length of Outset and is simply furious. Unlike previous records made by the band, "Retreat To Nowhere" sounds more death metal than grindcore (actually the two genres are included in this album). So what? There is no problem about it because all ten tracks that make up this release are very aggressive and destructive. That is what matters! Outset is suitable for all extreme music fans and especially for lovers of Napalm Death, Terrorizer and Lock Up. Cover art by Luzdeth Lott. Badass! A banda toca hardcore/punk de forma simples e direta, sendo bem empolgantes os sons (algumas músicas têm até algumas melodias). Vale lembrar que alguns dos membros são velhos de guerra da cena punk como, Janick (vocal - After The Bombs, Hellbound, PCP e Truncheons) e Tom (baixo - Napalm Raid). Da hora! 

Parasytes is a new Canadian band and this demo is the first record of the band released in 2015. The band plays hardcore/punk with very exciting songs (some songs have even some melodies). Remember that some of the band members are people known in the world punk scene as Janick (vocals - After The Bombs, Hellbound, PCP and Truncheons) and Tom (bass - Napalm Raid). So cool!

"Espécies" é o registro mais experimental feito pela Test (ok, "Otomanos" foi uma grande sacada). Mas eu digo da seguinte maneira, "Espécies" é um álbum grindcore com diversos barulhos eletrônicos em algumas músicas, sendo diferente dos demais registros da banda e que de fato, todos são muito bons. James (Facada), Marcelo Appezzato (Hutt), Emmanuel Galvão (Plague Rages) e João Gordo (Ratos de Porão) são alguns dos autores das letras feitas para esse álbum, além de outras pessoas. Thiago Nascimento (D.E.R.) é o convidado especial nos vocais em "Mundo Feroz". Mas eu destaco "Teste do Error" com a melhor faixa deste álbum, pois a letra desta música é bem realista em relação ao que está acontecendo hoje no Brasil (letra por João Gordo). "Espécies" foi produzido por Bernardo Pacheco e João Kombi. Capa por Murilo Pommer. 

"Espécies" is the most experimental record made by Test (ok, "Otomanos" was a great idea). But I say as follows, "Espécies" is a grindcore album with various electronic noises on some music and it is different from other records of the band and that in fact, all are very good. James (Facada), Marcelo Appezzato (Hutt), Emmanuel Galvão (Plague Rages) and João Gordo (Ratos de Porão) are some of the authors of the lyrics made for this album, as well as others people. Thiago Nascimento (D.E.R.) is the special guest on vocals on "Mundo Feroz". But I emphasize "Teste do Error" with the best track on this album because the lyrics of this song is very realistic about what is happening today in Brazil (lyrics by João Gordo).
